DIN2093 Disc Springs
Specification
Disc springs, also known as Belleville washers, are conical discs that can be used individually or in series or parallel configurations. They bear static or dynamic axial loads at their upper inner and lower outer edges, deforming under compression until flattened to store energy as a live load. When required, they automatically convert into the additional compressive load needed for sealing, thereby reducing the continuous tightening demands placed on gaskets and packing during operation.

Characteristics
High stiffness with strong shock absorption and vibration damping capabilities, capable of withstanding heavy loads with minimal deformation, making it suitable for applications with limited axial space.
Features variable stiffness characteristics, exhibiting a wide range of nonlinear properties.
By employing different combinations of identical disc springs, the spring characteristics can be significantly altered. Options include pairing, stacking, or combining springs of varying thicknesses and quantities.
When stacked, the load increases proportionally with the number of springs for a given deformation.
Materials you can choose for your disc springs
Our springs come in a variety of material options. Spring steel 60Si2Mn、50CrVA, carbon steel, chrome vanadium steel, phosphor bronze, and stainless steel. We also manufacture from special materials.
